Un cuplu casatorit ,Francisco Barreiro si Laura Caro, isi pierd copiii în timp ce se aflau intr-o excursie de familie în apropierea unei pesteri din Tijuana . Copiii în cele din urma reapar fara nici o explicatie , dar este clar ca acestia nu mai exista , ceva terifiant i-a transformat .
